Ultimately, for me that the N75 Dooms. I would like this phone. But without sufficient battery life, and with the headphones and network speed, it will leave you unhappy at the end of the day. I would recommend the Samsung Sync for music and 3G fans instead (though it is also a headphone jack eccentric) and the Nokia N73 has for people looking for a stylish camera Symbian phone.
