ZiiLABS unveils Trinity smartphone platform
Smart phones are big business, despite the sagging economy, consumers flock to in droves to the devices. One of the most popular smartphone operating system “Android is ZiiLABS and has introduced a new development platform called Trinity, which it supports.
The platform is a smartphone multimedia phone that sports a 3.1-inch OLED display with a resolution of 480 x 800 The device supports 1080p video and has a mini-HDMI output. It can be on the quad-band GSM GPRS EDGE networks working, tri-band WCDMA and HSDPA networks.
The platform is designed to either run or Plaszma Android. Memory is the microSD card, but the handset has 256 MB of onboard memory. The device sports WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and hardware. Power comes from a 1130mAH lithium-polymer battery.
