Nuance Dragon Dictation App Now Available From App Store

Nuance Communications announced the availability of its Dragon Dictation App on the App Store. The application allows iPhone users to e-mails and SMS typing instead of talking to them, dramatically extending to remain as users connected to friends and family. Dragon Dictation is also working with the iPhone clipboard so that users to speak naturally and simply add to the other applications, such as Facebook and Twitter. The application is currently free for a limited time.
With the Dragon Dictation App spoken words are transcribed immediately with the power of world-renowned Dragon NaturallySpeaking speech recognition, allowing everyone the opportunity to just say “nothing” up to five times faster than typing. Dragon Dictation allows users to everything from one-line text message or status update for Facebook to speak, to a multi-point e-mail.
For example, simply say, “We should meet at the restaurant at 7 and then go to the movies. I’ll get Scott in Cupertino, when he comes home from work. Until then.” Users can start and stop as needed, or just talk free form to capture a quick brainstorming idea or reminder. It is up to you.
The Dragon Dictation App is available free for a limited time from the App Store on iPhone.
