The Nokia X3 passes the FCC exam
The Nokia X3, not to be confused with the Android-powered SE X3, just managed it through the bowels of the FCC, which is somewhat surprising. The phone started in September and we did not really expect them to see how many stateside fun and unique Nokia phones. But here it is in all its glory GSM.
