Opera Mini to come to Verizon or AT&T phones

Opera already has two U.S. mobile carrier (Virgin Mobile and Sprint), but it looks like the Norwegian software company wants more.
According to PC World, the company is planning, with the popular Opera Mini browser on a larger number of mobile phones in the U.S.. By Jon Tetzchner, CEO of Opera, he said: “We are working to create a mini-opera based solution with a large operator in the U.S.”
He added that the transaction is greater than that with Virgin Mobile and Sprint.
What probably means that Opera is in talks with either Verizon or AT&T – mainly because the transaction is using the motor to a mobile platform for all major U.S. carriers (Verizon, AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile).
A spokesman said that the opera, even if the partnership is through the use of Opera Mini, it might be incompatible with the Opera brand.
Exact details will be announced by Opera in the next two weeks.
