Nokia has announced the 5530 XpressMusic, a touchscreen smartphone, which is based on the success of the popular 5800 XpressMusic undercuts, but it included in the price. With easy access to social networks like Facebook and MySpace, large multimedia features and a stylish stainless steel finish, the 5530 class is a device with high functionality.
The 5530 XpressMusic may be 27 hours of music playback and a 4 GB microSD card in-box for storing video and music. Users can download new music directly from the 5530 (in the supported markets) or with a computer.
The 5530 also makes it easy to contact with friends and family. It has a bar, scrolling contacts provides easy access to their favorite contacts, and media interviews and updates. Users can organize their favorite e-mails, phone calls, photos, and other Social Media updates. The device Media Bar gives a quick access to instant messaging, YouTube and other Social Media sites like Flickr and Ovi Share.
Users can snap photos with the 5530 the 3.2 megapixel camera and immediately upload or view the images on the XpressMusic the high resolution 2.9-inch touchscreen display. There’s even an on-board acceleration sensor, which automatically set the display, depending on how you hold it.
The Nokia 5530 XpressMusic will ship in five different colors in the third quarter.
