Nokia Adds Three New Handsets to XpressMusic Line
Nokia today announced new phones that are part of its XpressMusic line of music-focused devices. Common features between the three FM radio and 3.5 mm headset jack.
5730: This page slider heavily to the recently announced Nokia E75 has a full QWERTY keyboard when open and has access to the Nokia Advanced Music services, such as say and now, the Nokia Music Store (if supported), and many of Nokia Ovi services. It has quad-band GSM EDGE radio and tri-band WCDMA 900 1900 2100. It runs S60, has stereo Bluetooth, a 3.2 megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss lens and flash, aGPS and supports microSD cards up to 16GB (there are boxed with 8GB). It also incorporates the new contact-bar for direct access to up to 20 contacts. It is in the third quarter.
5330: This standard slider has quad-band GSM EDGE and is available in two tri-band WCDMA variants, including 900 1700 2100 support from T-Mobile 3G network and to support other North American 850 1900 2100 networks, including AT & T. It runs Series 40 and has stereo Bluetooth, a 3.2 megapixel camera, but loses the Carl Zeiss optics and flash, the 5730, and supports microSD cards up to 8 GB (2 GB in box). It also has a touch music controls on the side of the phone and light effects. It is in the third quarter.
5030: The simple bar phone is available in two different dual-band GSM configurations, including 850 1900. It has radio buttons and a built-in radio antenna. It is in the second quarter.
