Concept Infinite Phone Eliminates Obsolescence
The idea of a smartphone that is never to be replaced is certainly an attractive one. We are all guilty of tossing a phone after a few years, even if it is still working fine, because the technology has developed and left our clunker in the dust. It would certainly be nice, a phone designed from the ground to be updated in every field, so that always the latest and greatest.
The Infinite concept is that the premise telephone and fleshed it to show what looks like a phone would. It also shows in great detail how such a thing could be achieved, which is a phone with any component that is currently being updated. You’ve created a sexy-looking phone on the top, that the upgrade goodness, which is good. I must admit it looks a lot like something from HTC.
Designers use components such as OLED displays and removable circuit boards to create the infinite (or forever) phone. You can examine their conceptual drawings and get a good feeling about this concept. The magnetic-dock is a nice touch.
